In Fall 2020, I took a Project Planning for the Stage class where I learned more about the field of project planning and project management. Skills that were learned include generating definitive cost estimates, creating labor estimates by breaking down time estimates and using PERT calculations, constructing tracking documents such as Gantt charts, and controlling variance by evaluating and discussing possible adjustment to time, cost, and scope with the client.

The Project Charter Project consists of a project character created for a hypothetical interactive experience to bring to USITT.

The Project Planning Project consists of a definitive materials estimate and a build schedule for scenery of a given production.

The Project Tracking Lab consists of  multiple expense tracking ledgers and progress tracking Gantt charts that needed to be updated for each milestone provided.
